Locations: This position is based at the Fruitways Molteno Clinic, with the opportunity to apply from various farm receptions including Glen Elgin, Eikenhof, Applegarth, Mara, Jackal River, or Graymead in the Western Cape.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be primarily stationed at the Fruitways Molteno Clinic, providing essential support. You will also need to be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks on the farm as required. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and eager to learn. Do You Qualify? Minimum Requirements
Before you apply, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Age: Must be between 18 and 27 years old.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Education: Must have completed Matric / Grade 12.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone and be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Languages: Must be able to speak Afrikaans and/or English. Knowledge of isiXhosa is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Literacy: Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Experience: 1–2 years of working experience is preferred.
- Programme Eligibility: Must NOT have participated in a previous YES Programme.
