The fixed-term contract is designed to provide successful candidates with both theoretical knowledge and practical on-the-job experience in a mining processing environment. The program includes training in ore reception, crushing, and scrubbing & screening, leading to SETA/MQA-accredited qualifications. Minimum requirements are a Grade 10/ABET Level 4 education and residency within the JTG District or Joe Morolong Local Municipality. Job Purpose:
The learnership program aims to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge needed for mineral processing. Successful candidates will undergo training and gain on-the-job experience in the Processing Department, while also acquiring SETA-accredited qualifications in the following skills programs:
- Ore Reception (MQA accredited)
- Ore Crushing (MQA accredited)
- Scrubbing and Screening (MQA accredited)
Minimum Requirements:
