Who Should Apply? Essential Requirements
This is a senior role requiring a substantial level of experience and a diverse skill set. To be considered, you must meet the following non-negotiable requirements:
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
- A valid driver’s license.

- MS Office packages, particularly advanced Excel.
- Computer-aided technical applications.
- Advanced communication and technical report writing in English.

- Technical design, analysis, and production process knowledge.
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance, planning, and organising.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with a wide range of duties, including:
- Performing administration and supervisory duties for the section.
- Training and developing subordinates.
- Updating and improving systems and equipment.
- Managing quality, safety, and security standards.
- Assisting with budget requirements and financial management.
- Ensuring environmental compliance and services.
