What the Learnership Offers
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in a variety of retail operations. The structured 12-month programme covers:
- Assisting customers on the shop floor
- Marketing, merchandising, and maintaining displays
- Understanding and using English language fundamentals
- Applying basic maths in a retail setting
- Processing transactions via the POS system
- Opening new customer accounts
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Stock maintenance and loss prevention

Minimum Requirements
