Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Administration
- Managing the Recruitment Inbox, sorting vacancies, and processing applications.
- Conducting ITC checks via MIE.
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems for each vacancy.
- Coordinating interview schedules and processing payments of placement invoices.
2. Skills Development Administration
- Processing training-related invoices and resolving queries.
- Coordinating logistics for training events and initiatives.
- Assisting with the performance review process.
3. Induction Admin and Support
- Sending welcome emails to new joiners.
- Coordinating the Induction program and booking developmental assessments.
4. Mfundo Trust Admin Support
- Coordinating Mfundo events, student meetings, and career fairs.
- Supporting annual student selection and other ad hoc requests.
5. General Administration
- Maintaining the HC SharePoint site.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date HC data.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric) is required.
- Strong interest in Human Capital and a passion for people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
