The Necsa Group, through its Necsa Learning Academy (NLA), is offering a 24-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for qualifying students to gain essential skills, knowledge, and workplace experience. This opportunity is targeted at unemployed South African citizens aged 18 to 35 who have completed the theoretical N6 qualification at a TVET College and require practical experience to graduate. Eligible fields of study include Electrical, Instrumentation, Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, Welder, Plumber, and Civil Engineering. Applicants must not have participated in any previous Necsa graduate programme. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Applications, including a certified academic record, CV, qualification, and ID copy, must be submitted via email to [email protected] by the closing date of February 28, 2025.

REQUIREMENTS:

Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply.

Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Fitter and Turner
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Boilermaker
  • Welder
  • Plumber
  • Civil Engineering

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will not be considered and if it is found that this was the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

  • Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity, ability to work under pressure, and deadline-driven.
  • Successful candidates must be analytical and have high attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and willing to learn.
