Purpose of the Learnership:
To develop and produce a competent SHERQ professional who can support and contribute to NCP Chlorchem’s legal compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend both theoretical and practical learning sessions in the SHERQ department
- Complete logbooks and summative assessments
- Perform all workplace experience tasks aligned with SHERQ standards
