Purpose of the Learnership
The programme is designed to develop and produce a highly competent SHERQ professional. As a learner, you will be equipped to support and contribute significantly to NCP Chlorchem’s objectives in legal compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a selected learner, your role will include:
- Attending structured theoretical and practical learning sessions within the SHERQ department.
- Diligently completing all required logbooks and summative assessments.
- Performing a range of workplace experience tasks that are directly aligned with industry SHERQ standards.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Sciences.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good planning and organising ability.
Other Important Information:
- No prior work experience is required.
- Successful candidates must pass a mandatory medical assessment.
