Purpose of the Learnership
This structured learnership program is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in mineral processing. You will receive comprehensive training and gain practical, on-the-job experience within our Processing Department. Upon successful completion, you will earn SETA-accredited qualifications in the following skills programs:
- Ore Reception (MQA accredited)
- Ore Crushing (MQA accredited)
- Scrubbing and Screening (MQA accredited)
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this life-changing opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A minimum of Grade 10 or ABET Level 4.
- Location: Applicants must be from the JTG District Municipality or Joe Morolong Local Municipality.
- Skills: Basic technical aptitude, good communication, and report-writing skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Disciplined, responsible, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and strong ethical values.
- Medical: Must be declared medically fit for the role and meet the fitness standards required to work in a mining environment.
