Fruitways Farming (Pty) Ltd is offering a youth employment opportunity through the YES Programme for a Clinic Assistant, based primarily at the Fruitways Molteno Clinic in the Western Cape. The role also involves assisting with various tasks on the farm. This position is open to internal and external South African candidates aged 18-27 who have not previously participated in the YES Programme. Key requirements include owning a smartphone, computer literacy (Microsoft Office), Matric (Grade 12), and proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans. About the Opportunity:
The selected candidate will primarily assist at the Fruitways Molteno Clinic, but must also be willing to assist with other tasks on the farm. Internal and external applicants are welcome to apply.
Minimum Requirements:z
- Must be between 18 – 27 years old
- Must own a smartphone
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans and/or English (isiXhosa an added advantage)
- Must be able to work under pressure with strong communication skills
- Must not have participated in a previous YES Programme
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- 1–2 years of working experience preferred
