Polokwane Local Municipality, in partnership with the National Treasury, is offering a three-year fixed-term contract opportunity for an unemployed Electrical Engineering graduate. The position is within the Energy Services directorate and requires a B-Tech or BSc in Electrical Engineering. Applicants must be South African citizens under the age of 35, reside within the municipality’s jurisdiction, and be eligible for professional registration. A valid driver’s license is an advantage. Applications must be hand-delivered with the required documentation to the Civic Centre by 31 March 2025.

Must be under the age of 35.
Academic qualification must be in line with the professional registration requirements of the respective statutory councils.
Stamped original proof of residence (Letter from Traditional Local Authority or Municipal utility bill).
