The Communication Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting all internal and external communication efforts. Key duties include drafting professional content, collaborating with stakeholders, updating operational forms and templates, and managing communication libraries. The ideal candidate must have a Matric certificate, be studying towards or hold a degree in Communications or a related field, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro is required.

The Communication Analyst Internship provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to support the drafting of internal and external communication. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for communication purposes
- Draft professional content for various internal and external communications
- Maintain and update operational forms, templates, and emails
- Manage communication libraries and ensure content is up to date
- Brief marketing content and monitor timelines for delivery
- Organize workload to meet agreed deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- A bachelor’s degree (or currently studying towards one) in Communications or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar communications role will be an advantage
