Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge of: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Compensation Fund business strategies and goals, Compensation Fund value chain, Directorate goals, PFMA and Treasury Regulations, and Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles).
  • Skills: Computer Literacy, Business writing, Listening, Telephone etiquette, and Basic Interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and verifying documents for registration.
  • Registering claims on the Operational System.
  • Assisting employer services at the kiosk, online system, and service centre.
  • Handling all services-related queries and complaints.
