Who Should Apply? Key Requirements
This is a senior role requiring a substantial level of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A valid and appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- 10 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Essential Skills: A Civil Trade Test is a special requirement.
Critical Competencies and Knowledge:
- Advanced ability to read and implement detailed design drawings.
- Experience in writing Specifications and Statements of Works.
- Strong project management, technical design, and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and conducting repair investigations.
- Knowledge of legal compliance within a technical environment.
- Ability to perform accurate technical calculations and assess performance data.
- Advanced communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven leadership, supervision, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
Your Key Responsibilities (Duties)
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following duties:
- Surveying sites for building and civil works.
- Preparing and maintaining building and civil works plans.
- Undertaking essential building maintenance duties.
- Acting as a Team Leader for the Building Maintenance team, providing supervision and guidance.
