Available Learnerships
1. Learnership: LED (Reference: XREAL004)
This program is ideal for those looking to enter the fields of local economic development, real estate, or urban planning.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Aged between 18 – 35 years.
2. Learnership: CONT (Reference: XREAL003)
This learnership has a specific focus and requires basic computer literacy, making it perfect for those with an interest in administrative or technical roles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literate.
- Aged between 18 – 28 years.
Who Should Apply? (Selection Criteria)
To be eligible for either learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be a resident of Ekurhuleni (you will need to attach proof of residence).
- Must be unemployed.
- Possess good communication skills for engaging with communities.
- Be willing to attend training and placement with an external provider.
- People living with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
