Are You the Ideal Candidate? Requirements:
To be considered for this pivotal role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications: A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or an Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Management Services, Industrial Engineering, Operations/Production Management, or Industrial Psychology.
- Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of functional experience in Change Management.
- Knowledge: A firm grasp of Change Management principles, organisational efficiency (structure, job profiles, evaluation), Business Process Management, Organisational Behaviour, and relevant public service legislation like the PFMA.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational, facilitation, project management, and communication skills (both verbal and written). You must also be analytical, a strong report writer, and adept at interpersonal relations.
Your Key Responsibilities: Duties
In this role, you will be entrusted with a range of critical functions, including:
- Implementing the department’s change management framework, strategy, and interventions.
- Driving the employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment.
- Conducting organisational climate and culture surveys to gauge employee sentiment.
- Coordinating organisational development services such as job profile reviews, job evaluations, and business process improvements.
- Managing the section’s resources, including finance, human resources, and assets.
