Remuneration
A competitive annual salary package between R382,047 – R433,176 is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
- A valid Driver’s License.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, supervision, and management capabilities.
- Technical analysis, report writing, and computer-aided technical applications.
- Knowledge of legal compliance, production processes, and project management.
- Skills in conflict management, teamwork, and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of crucial duties, including:
- Performing administrative duties for the section.
- Training and developing subordinates.
- Managing quality standards within the workspace.
- Performing supervisory duties and assisting with budget requirements.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety and security standards.
- Overseeing environmental services.
