What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Intern at Sage, you will be at the forefront of supporting their valued customers. Your day-to-day role will include:
- Engaging with Sage customers over the phone.
- Updating and maintaining internal customer systems accurately.
- Resolving customer issues and providing expert guidance on Sage solutions.
- Educating users on how to effectively use IVR systems and customer portals.
- Reporting key trends and valuable findings to the Customer Experience leadership team.
