- Loading and validating Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
- Verifying box quantities and ensuring system data is accurate.
- Supporting product class and file checks for consistency.
- Performing price comparisons to aid in decision-making.
- Liaising with vendors to obtain missing information.
- Assisting in the management of bulk branch orders.
- Supporting the bond release processes.
- Reviewing packaging and new product listings.
- Helping to clear procurement-related backlogs.
- Handling various ad-hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager.
