Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will be hands-on and vital to SBV’s operations. They include:
- Collecting all necessary documentation (ID, SBV laser card, run schedules) before a shipment.
- Verifying and monitoring the proper loading and balancing of cash into vehicles.
- Ensuring the integrity of specie bags and applying dual-control processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Transporting specie using a trolley and following strict bank protocols when entering branches.
- Accurately performing transactions and examining the integrity of received specie bags.
- Assisting Treasury Custodians with receiving and paying out specie and notes.
- Operating sachet machines by feeding them with coins and weighing sachet bags.
- Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards.
