This Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme is designed to bridge the gap between your theoretical knowledge and real-world industry experience.
This 24-month programme is more than just an internship; it’s a comprehensive skills development initiative aimed at equipping the next generation of technical professionals with the expertise needed to thrive in their chosen fields.
Do You Qualify? Here Are the Requirements
Before you apply, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- You must be an unemployed South African citizen.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- You must be a student from a TVET College who has successfully completed an N6 qualification.
- You must provide a letter from your institution confirming you have finished the theoretical component and require practical experience to graduate.
Fields of Study Accepted:
This programme is open to students in the following technical fields:
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Fitter and Turner
- Mechanical Fitter
- Boilermaker
- Welder
- Plumber
- Civil Engineering
Important Note: Applicants who have previously participated in any Necsa graduate programme will not be considered.
