About the Opportunity
This learnership is based within CCBSA’s Manufacturing & Technical department. Successful candidates will be placed at one of their operations in Heidelberg or Nigel, Gauteng. You will report directly to a Training Controller and be immersed in the dynamic world of beverage production.
What You Will Learn
As a learner, you will be exposed to critical aspects of the bottling process, including:
- Modern bottling processes and procedures.
- Critical safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Rigorous quality tests and specifications that keep the product world-class.
- Essential food handling practices in line with industry regulations.
Who Should Apply? Requirements
To be eligible for this life-changing opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate with:
- Maths or Maths Literacy passed at 40% and
- Science passed at 50%.
- Two South African Languages passed at 40%.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen.
- Employment Status: Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- EE Candidate: Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- Previous Training: Must NOT have previously completed the same qualification/learnership elsewhere.
- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to the entire 12-month learnership program.
