Key Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Batho Pele Principles, Departmental policies and procedures, and Treasury Regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal relations, problem-solving, computer literacy, analytical thinking, and planning & organizing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Clerk, your daily tasks will include:

  • Rendering Supply Chain Management functions for the Labour Centre.
  • Providing Finance and Office Management services.
  • Assisting with Human Resource Management activities.
  • Managing Training and Performance activities.
  • Overseeing Records Management for the centre.
