Key Responsibilities
Lecture Room Support
- Daily checks and maintenance of lecture venues, printers, screens, and projectors
- Wireless infrastructure monitoring
Hardware Support
- Assist with setup and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and projectors
- Support user hardware queries
Software Support
- Software installations and updates (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- License administration
Administration
- Log calls with the IT Service Desk
- Maintain and update asset register (hardware/software)
- Generate photocopier and telephone usage reports
General
- Maintain neat ICT environments (server room, storeroom, offices)
- Oversee ICT equipment sign-in/sign-out
Development
- Shadow senior IT staff
- Troubleshoot server-related issues
