This is a 12-month hybrid internship opportunity with Sage, a leading FTSE 100 technology company, based in Midrand, Johannesburg. Starting on 1 August 2025, the programme is designed for dynamic graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional customer experience environment. Key responsibilities include telephonic customer engagement, resolving issues, updating internal systems, and educating users. Ideal candidates will have a Matric certificate (a degree is advantageous), excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and an understanding of Accounting, Payroll, or HR environments.
