About the Internship

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold or be completing one of the following qualifications:
- BSc or BSc (Hons) in Food Science (or equivalent)
- National Diploma or BTech in Food Technology (or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and timely product analyses as per lab SOPs
- Test and assess raw materials on delivery
- Analyse daily control samples within experimental tolerances
- Record and interpret laboratory results and disseminate reports
- Collect samples from various production units as scheduled
- Follow daily route planning and assist where needed
- Enforce all lab safety procedures and identify unsafe practices
- Recommend and support remedial actions when safety risks are identified
