This is a 12-month internship opportunity within the Human Resources and Organisational Development department at the University of the Free State (UFS), Bloemfontein Campus, starting on 01 January 2026. The role is designed for a registered Student Psychologist to gain essential practical experience in the field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of R8,807.65.Key eligibility requirements include having completed Master’s coursework (M1) in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, current registration with the HPCSA as a Student Psychologist, and being a South African citizen or permanent resident. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to key areas including Career Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Psychometrics, and Professional Ethics.
