The South African Breweries (SAB) is offering several 24-month Graduate Trainee Programmes based in Sandton. These highly competitive programmes are designed to develop graduates through 6-month rotational cycles across various business functions, providing cross-functional experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. The programme follows a 70-20-10 learning model, focusing on hands-on projects, mentorship, and formal training. Successful completion makes trainees eligible for permanent roles within the business. Opportunities include the DynamX Programme (for Finance, HR, Marketing, Tech, Engineering, Supply Chain), a Graduate Management Programme (for STEM graduates), a specialised Logistics Programme, and an Engineering Programme (for various engineering and science fields). About the Program:
- A highly competitive 24-month program which is comprised of segmented fixed term contracts.
- Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase of the program within the 24 months

- The Program works on the 70-20-10 rule, where individuals learn 70% of their knowledge from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
