- Maintain computer library database
- Order and manage media resources
- Assist learners with media computers
- Track media centre attendance
- Perform administrative duties

- Duration: 18 Months
- Stipend: R4236.00 per Month
- Minimum Qualification: N6 Management Assistant certificate
Key Duties:
- Manage reception and telephone queries
- Organize filing and communication
- Handle messages and front desk operations
3. Administrative Trainees (x2 Posts)
- Reference: Bok/04/2025
- Duration: 18 Months
- Stipend: R4236.00 per Month
- Minimum Qualification: N6 Management Assistant certificate
Key Duties:
- Print class registers
- Capture and update marks
- File and archive documents
- Support personnel administration
