Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Chemical Engineering and/or Pulp & Paper Technology
- Minimum average of 60% pass rate
- Completed P1 & P2 practical training in a heavy industry (advantageous)
- Valid South African driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Develop basic SAP/Microsoft Office skills for navigating training systems
- Apply chemical safety knowledge in practice
- Assist with plant start-ups and shut-downs
- Perform routine equipment and process checks
- Ensure safe and compliant process operations
- Participate in problem-solving and performance improvement
- Engage with team on equipment performance issues
