Key Requirements:
- Education:
- 18.1 Learner Miner: NQF Level 2 Elementary Certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent).
- 18.2 Learner Miner: NQF Level 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Experience:
- 18.1 Learner Miner: Minimum 24 months experience in production.
- 18.2 Learner Miner: Relevant experience in a relevant environment will be advantageous.
- Attributes:
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Objectives:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks.
- Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe.
- Escalate queries and concerns regarding the programme and its completion as required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE):
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements.
- Conduct all work according to the required standards and specifications.
- Attend SHE meetings as required.
- Ensure the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/or used.
- Recognize hazardous situations that impact jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessments.
Reporting:
- Compile developmental progress reports for discussions with relevant stakeholders
